We begin with an initial Foundational Intake Consultation, available in person or via telehealth. Please plan for a 60-minute visit, as this appointment includes a very detailed medical history review and an in-depth discussion to help unravel the layers contributing to your symptoms.

Intake forms will be sent to you prior to your visit. Laboratory testing will be ordered once foundational payment is received. Your appointment will be scheduled after lab results are returned, ensuring we have the necessary information available during your first visit to begin designing and discussing your personalized treatment plan.

During this visit, we will review our personalized recommendations, as well as the individualized nutrition and fitness support offered through our subscription services.
